MY FIRST SAME-SEX HOLLYWOOD CRUSH

I was in my teens at the time, about 13 or 14, and it was at about that time when Leonardo DiCaprio was doing all these great movies, like This Boy’s Life, The Basketball Diaries, Total Eclipse, and, most notably, Titanic. These, of course, came all before Leo grew macho, which made me turn a bit at around 21. But he’s still cute.

But what drew me to Leo then was his blonde hair, baby face, his smile, and you can’t forget his body. Oh my, he was smoking hot.

One of my favorite scenes from them Leo movies was that part on Total Eclipse when he (playing Arthur Rimbaud) took everything off and threw his clothes out of his apartment in front of all the people, including his lover in that film. Now that was a treat.

I don’t think I’ll ever get over Leo. He was special in those days. I won’t miss his charm.

BILLIE JEAN KING TO RELEASE A NEW BOOK IN JULY

Billie Jean King, the pioneering force of women’s sports, and the winner of 39 grand slams will release Pressure is a Priviledge: Lessons I’ve learned from Life and the Battle of the Sexes, with Christine Brennan. This 192-page book will be published by LifeTime Media, and will hit the shelves as soon as July 28, according to its Barnes & Noble page.

If you are a King fanatic (like myself), or simply a tennis fan, this is one book you cannot live without. Pressure is a Priviledge is a reminder to all tennis players and fans, especially the women, how far Billie Jean has brought the sport over the last forty years. You cannot go without this book. This is a must-read.
